Ray Flournoy is a dedicated, full-time real estate professional with ERA Woody Hogg & Associates, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Richmond area navigate real estate with confidence.

As a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®), and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®), Ray brings specialized training and hands-on experience to every transaction. He is also certified to offer the ERA Express Sell® program, providing homeowners with additional options and resources when preparing to sell.

Education is an important part of Ray’s approach to real estate. He serves as a Virginia Real Estate License Course Instructor with Moseley Flint and as a Qualified Trainer for Virginia Housing’s Homebuyer Education Program. His goal is simple: make sure clients understand the process, know their options, and feel confident about the decisions they make.

Born and raised in Richmond, Ray knows the community, its neighborhoods, and the local real estate market. Before entering real estate, he spent more than 20 years with Ukrop’s Super Markets, where he developed a strong belief in exceptional customer service and treating people the way you would want to be treated. That philosophy remains at the heart of his real estate business today.
